HOW IT WORKS


  1. Once you purchase the monthly membership you’ll gain full access to the secure members page.

  2. Within this area you’ll be able to browse through a catalog of training plans all programmed by Martin.

  3. Select which plan is best for you and you’ll receive an invite to the coaching app with your chosen plan ready and waiting.

  4. Use the app to follow your plan, track your calories and update progress pics. There’s also a message portal so you can message Martin anytime for further advice & support.


THE PLANS


Muscle

A series of 6 week muscle building programmes. These plans are gym based and require between 3-5 gym sessions per week.

Athlete

Want to become the ultimate atlhlete? Fast, strong powerful workouts that combine cardio, strength and metabolic conditioning. These plans are also gym based.

BODYWEIGHT

Perfect for parents with very little time, people who travel often or those working like a dawg!
